Refund policy

Made for you means made once.

Because every item is crafted specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or personal preference — please check our size guide before ordering to make sure you get it right the first time.

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, that's on us — not you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement, no questions asked.

Need to cancel?

We start production fast, so cancellations are only possible within a few hours of ordering. Email us immediately at divine.apex@outlook.com and we'll do our best to catch it — but once it's in production, we're unable to make changes or cancel.
